Please only suggest talent that are happy with the rates & terms.
ADULTS:
TRAVEL/PREP/FITTINGS: £200
SHOOT DAY: £400
USAGE: £1,000
PLUS 20% AGENCY FEE
KIDS:
TRAVEL/PREP/FITTINGS: £100
SHOOT DAY: £200
USAGE: £1,000
PLUS 20% AGENCY FEE
CHAPERONE: £150 – PER DAY
PER DIEMS: £50 PER PERSON, PER DAY
USAGE:
NO ADVERTISING PERMITTED.
A Franklin Covey Training Video Series (the “Video Series”)
and to distribute and perform the Video series by means of Franklin Covey’s digital channels (including YouTube and social media), applications (aka “apps”), industrial usage (e.g., trade shows), industrial print and thumb drives for internal learning solutions (no advertising) in perpetuity on a worldwide, royalty free, irrevocable and freely assignable basis. (all versions/lifts/edits)
Talents Hours:
All Shooting days in Europe are based on 12hrs inc of 1hr lunch break.
Talent Overtime:
After the agreed shoot hours are complete – 20% of the daily BSF per hour up to 14hrs or after midnight whichever comes first, after such time when the OT increases to 30% per hr. Dawn Calls before 7am are classed as ‘early call’ and are subject to the same 20% per hr of the daily BSF per hour, prior to onset call time. Dusk calls are from 4:30pm when they are classed as a night shoot & then becomes an 8hr day & will be subject to additional fees. (50% increase per day)
Payment:
Payment terms for UK talent is based on 30 days from invoice, agents should be informed when buyout invoices should be paid and paid before the project goes live. Should clients require payments to be made by Mark Summers Ltd, this is something we can accommodate, rates are between 12-25% depending on the final billing amount
Additional Notes:
Coach Class for flights
Cars to be provided to and from UK airports – Artist can get an uber this will be added to your final invoice (within reason) Buyouts are only paid for those featured in the edit.

IDEALLY WE ARE LOOKING FOR ACTORS WHO CAN DELIVER A GENERAL AMERICAN ACCENT: PLEASE STATE ON SUGGESTIONS
MOM: Playing Age 45-55 years, our mom is needing to be stern with her child, but also delivering the warm caring side to.
SON: Playing Age 11-14 years. Must be able to act well, reacting to his mom concern & disappointment.
Both actors need to speak directly to camera.
