RATES & TERMS:

SUPER BOWL COMMERCIAL ( FOR CANADA)

DAILY FEE: ADULT – 580€ + 20% Agency Commission
TRAVEL FEE: ADULT – 2 x 290€ + 20% Agency Commission
BUYOUT: ADULT – 4600
€ + 20% Agency Commission
Working Sessions: Adults – 10 working hrs + 1hrs for meal
Fitting: 290
€ + 20% Agency Commission (if not on the travel day, then 1 fee applies)
Callback: 60
€ + 20% Agency Commission
OT: 60
€ per hour + 20% Agency Commission

CALLTIME TO WRAP: THERE IS NO CHARGE FROM THE HOTEL TO SET AND VICE VERSA

USAGE: (Payable ONLY if talent is featured and the film is aired)

MEDIA: Broadcast 6 months Canada // 1 year Online, Social Media – WW Exclusivity for the Financial segment in Canada.

ALL EDITS / LIFTS / CUTDOWNS / VERSIONS / ASPECT RATIOS 

Language(s): English, French

VERSIONS: Different versions / edits / lifts of the material filmed included for usage in digital, social medias, new medias, etc.

CLIENTS: TERMS:

1. Confidentiality

The Artist shall not make any mention or of reference to the Licensed Parties or any of their products and services in a derogatory manner, and shall not disclose to any party (including, without limitation, privately, on the internet, via text message, on any blog, or on any social networking website, tool or device (such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram etc.) or any other public forum), or use, any trade secrets or confidential information of the Licensed Parties, including without limitation, any details of the filming / recording / photographing of the Artist, any content of the Materials or any material that the Licensed Parties have not yet released and any of the terms of this Agreement other than as required by law.

 2. Talent cannot change his / her image between the casting and the shooting dates (have hair cut, colour hair, surgical operations) and agrees not to do it since the moment that goes to the casting.

3. The material by third parties or the exhibition of Client Material on internet domains or electronic media that do not belong to the client, beyond the buyout terms, does not constitute a violation of the contract with the client and cannot be held responsible for it.

4. Amended government regulations we will pay for all work already done. However, we won’t be able to pay for work lost.

5. Note _ talent can be featured on Directors Cut, for directors reel even if the film does not go on air without buyout compensation.

6. POSSIBLE MEDIA USAGE ADDITION AND EXTENSION

7. All talent that show up for the casting must agree on a possible extension of the media usage_ this possible extension will depend on clients decision only and the talent cannot refuse it or request a higher amount than the one pre-established.

8. *** In case of night shoot or bank holiday the above fees (daily fee and extra hour) will not be increased.
