RATES & TERMS:
RATES ARE IN US DOLLARS
Travel / Down days $325 per day + 20% agency fee
Buy out 2 years $14,000 + 20% agency fees
Talent Usage is based on:
Length: 2years from first use
Media: All media including print
Exclusivity: Colorectal cancer products.
Territory: USA only worldwide for digital / internet due natural
Travel will be paid on top by the clients
Call back fees $60
2 years from first air date (TBD) – Unlimited edits, lifts and versions.
3rd year renewal at 10% increase of initial buyout.
USAGE
Unlimited unrestricted exclusive usage in all areas of advertising in all media including but not limited to print, brochures, collateral, web, digital, electronic media, all social and emerging media and apps and non-broadcast video use, including all outtakes.
Unlimited unrestricted exclusive Global usage in all areas of advertising in all media including but not limited to print, brochures, collateral, web, digital, electronic media, all social and emerging medias and apps including all outtakes for 2 years concurrent with TVC.
The Total Performance Fee is for all Moving Media, all print, television broadcasters’ on demand internet repeat showings; non-broadcast and promotional uses of the performance and the commercial by the Client, Agency, Production Company, Performer and Agent; and also covers any audio, video and caption change-outs to the commercial which do not affect the original TVC edit of the performance.
Please only suggest talent that are happy with the rates & terms.

BRIEF:
This is a really fun spot. This is an in person casting no self tapes due to the direction needed. A lot of the roles are interchangeable. The spot is set in the USA, talent should be averaged body type with a friendly approachable demeanor. Cast will reflect diversity and inclusivity. For the signing roles, goal is to cast actors who can sing / hold a tune. All talent should be able to deliver authentic US dialogue, plus move and react in their environment with a certain sense of rhythm. They should also have good comic timing.
WHEN SUGGESTING PLEASE LET US KNOW THE LEVEL OF SINGING!
45 Together – Spot 1
In this spot we see a couple funny and being playful with each other. They should be able to do a few lines with an authentic sounding US accent and sing 1 line of My Way.
Role 1 – Man Playing Age 45+ (Singing Role)
They should be able to do a few lines with an authentic sounding US accent and sing 1 line of My Way.
Role 2 – Woman Playing Age 45+ (Singing Role)
Black / Mixed / Indian / South East Asian. They should be able to do a few lines with an authentic sounding US accent and sing 1 line of My Way.
Role 3 – Male Patient Playing Age 45+ (Singing Role)
Hispanic / Indian / South East Asian. They should be able to do a few lines with an authentic sounding US accent and sing 1 line of My Way
The Doctor Office Male Playing Age 35+ – Spot 2
Black / Mixed / Indian / South East Asian. They should be able to do a few lines with an authentic sounding US accent (non singing) They would like to also see performers that can hold a tune in case they make this a singing part.
