RATES & TERMS:
OCP & PHOTOGRAPHY ONLY ROLE:
RATES ARE IN EUROS!!!
650 EUR daily fee plus 20% Agency Fee
Working Sessions: 10 working hrs+1hrs for meal.
Travel/ Fitting/Downdays- 50% of the day fee plus 20% Agency fee
Callback at 40 EUR
Buyouts: 14.500€ exclusivity included, plus 20% Agency commission as per specs
Additional Buyouts for Stills: 10.900€ exclusivity included
Plus 20% Agency commission as per specs
Term: 1 year
Broadcast, Internet/Web, YouTube, Streaming/OTT, Paid Social Media, Radio including streaming, Organic Social Media
Territory: United States, its territories, possessions and commonwealths, except for internet/web which shall be worldwide (excluding paid media)
Deliverables: (1) :90 spot with up to (3) cutdowns; TBD social
Exclusivity: Lung Cancer Drugs
Additional option Print ( TBC which character / characters)
PLEASE NOTE: BUYOUTS ARE NON GUARANTEED AND ONLY WILL BE PAID IF THE TALENT IS FEATURED AND RECOGNIZABLE IN THE FINAL EDIT AND WHEN THE FILM GOES ON AIR.
POSSIBLE MEDIA USAGE ADDITION AND EXTENSION
All talent that show up for the casting must agree on a possible extension of the media usage_ this possible extension will depend on Clients decision only and the talent cannot refuse it or request and higher amount then the one pre-established.
UNLESS STATED EVERYONE MUST BE HAPPY TO BE INCLUDED IN ALL USAGE!
SECONDARY ROLE:
