Rates:
$25,000 all-in guaranteed usages package
To include:
10 Nov: Travel to Cape Town
11 Nov: Arrive Cape Town
12 Nov: Wardrobe Fitting
13 Nov: Standby Day
14 Nov: Shoot
15 Nov: Shoot
16 Nov: Travel Back
NO CALLBACK FEES.
Usages:
All Media (excl. broadcast) – including all moving media and all Stills Media (incl. digital/internet).
Includes all emerging media within the term.
5 Years, starting April 2025
Unlimited Images for Stills/Print.
Unlimited versions/formats/variations of the edits
Shoot/Usage Package of $25,000 (including all/any agent commissions)
Exclusivity for Running shoes & clothing.
All people attending the casting must have a valid UK/EU passport – with at least 6 months still valid, and 6 blank pages.
* Flights and accommodation will be booked at the discretion of the production company. ( Flights maybe Economy!)
* $50 per diem per day – cash-in-hand on the first day of arrival.
* Production will cover economy flight, 4-star accommodation, and ground transport in Cape Town.
Overtime will be paid $120 per hr, after 12hrs days.
No Early call will be paid.
Please only suggest talent that are happy with the rates & terms.

BRIEF:
TRAIL RUNNERS
We are looking for authentic, high intensity trail runners.
Who are are the following shoe sizes:
MEN: 9-9.5 UK
WOMEN 6-6.5
REAL PEOPLE, REAL RUNNERS, REAL MOVERS.
In addition to running ability and experience, we are also looking for STYLE + CHARACTER: We’d like to see authentic characters with a touch of personal style that highlights their unique personalities.
Brief is open to all genders, body types and backgrounds.
We are not looking for road runners this must be experienced trail runners.
