RATES & TERMS:

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. 

BSF (TV / STILLS / DIGITAL / PR)
£450 p/day (£312.30 + £37.70 12.07% holiday pay).
Shooting days to be 10 hours inc. 1 hour for lunch, excluding travel to and from the shoot location/ set. (call – wrap not from travel time) 

Overtime – payable after 10 working hours which must include a 1hr break for lunch/supper and is charged at 1/5 of the daily rate per hour or part of an hour.
In the event that overtime runs beyond midnight, then the hourly rate increases from 1/5 to 1/3 of the daily rate.
Overtime is charged on each booked day, apart from a rest day. Wardrobe Session – £50 per 2 hour sessions, 2-4.5 hours charged at 50% of BSF Over 4.5 hours charged at 100% of BSF 

No additional payment for Artist’s personal wardrobe items, if used. Recalls – £50 per session
Rehearsal day – 50% BSF
Travel day – 50% BSF
Rest day – 50% BSF
Per diems – £50 per day
Proposed air date: 1st Sept 2025

Meals will be provided on shoot. 

Total Buyout Fee is only due if Artist is fully recognisable in the final edit as a Featured Artist as defined in the IPA Equity Framework And paid when the commercial goes to air.

£4,000 For all Commercials/Created Materials excluding Stills from Separate Stills shoot 

COMMERCIAL(S)/CREATED MATERIAL(S)
● Up to 60” ‘In Denim We Can’
● Up to 15”- Various Bespoke social films.
● Stills from Separate Stills Shoot.
All lengths promoting the Commercial(s), including all durations, cut-downs, versions, alternative product endings, alternative edit variations, promotional affiliations (including but not limited to 3rd party promotions whether incorporated into the Commercial(s) or otherwise forming part of it), and tag endings thereof all in relation to the Commercial(s). Plus all cutdowns for social/digital content, behind the scenes/making of films. Plus all images, whether moving or still, featuring the Artist and captured at the Shoot for the Commercial(s) as part of the Services, including stills lifted from all content.

Territories:
All Commercials and Created Materials: UK&ROI and Germany with the exception of Internet usage which is accessible worldwide and non-geolocked. Paid for Internet media will be targeted at the Territory. 

Stills Only:
Austria, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Spain, France, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, Poland Romania, Slovenia, Hungary, United States, Slovakia 

USAGE TERM
Term for UK&ROI and Germany: 3 months from 1st air-date of first country
Term for 15 Countries: 1 month from 1st air-date of first country 

Up to 60”
All forms of television including without limitation, satellite, analogue, digital, VOD, BVOD, Non BVOD, terrestrial, cable, catch up, over-the-top TV (OTT), Connected TV (CTV), Closed Circuit TV Media or any form of television now known or hereafter known via any medium and irrespective of any signal delivery system. Includes Internet usage on national and international domains without limitation, and also include the use in online video (OLV), social networks, pre-rolls, banner ads, MPU’s, pre-rolls, and other digital advertising formats on the Internet whether still, moving or audio-visual. Cinema, DOOH/OOH (Digital Out of Home and Out of Home), Point-Of-Sale Media, Physical + Digital formats including CRM and emails, Ancillary/Publicity Materials, All Print Media, Promotional Merchandise, In-Store including Windows.

Media based owned channels (Website, social, digital display, eCRM) and DOOH/OOH only 3 Months – £175 

SECONDARY MEDIA
PR, editorial use for Agency (VCCP Group LLP), Client and the Production Company self promotion, editorial comment and review, award festivals, trade shows, competitions, all Agency (VCCP Group LLP), Client and the Production Company owned websites, channels, including social media sites for non-paid advertising use and ceremonies, use on all showreels, advertising archives and for internal use. 

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary the Client shall be entitled to use the Commercial(s) in the Secondary Media in perpetuity and on a worldwide basis, without any need for any further payment. 

Other important points that must be confirmed in casting Agency has the rights to dub the Artist’s voice if required. Artists must agree to these terms ahead of Recall. Artists must not cut their hair or change their likeness between Recall and shoot day. Artist agrees to a medical if necessary for insurance and/or death and disgrace purposes (TBD) All agencies fees are inclusive of the above fees, All edits/Lifts/Versions
