TraveL/Down Days: 50% of the BSF
Shoot Day: €1,500 per shoot day
plus 20% agency fee

Usage: 1 YEAR
Exclusivity: All broadcast North America: Retirement Financial Services

Media: All broadcast (all-inclusive of TV, Theatrical, and industrial use, whether now known or hereafter devised) and digital media (all-inclusive or internet, social, new media, digital, electronic, or any other type of digital delivery platform, whether now known or hereafter devised) in addition to internal purposes, award shows, public relations materials, and print. Includes: Use in an unlimited number of versions, edits, lifts, tags, gifs, banner ads, digital screen grabs, digital assets for online/websites, short films, and videos.
Territory: North America for all broadcast use + print. Worldwide for all digital media use.

Term: One year commencing on first air date with 2 successive opportunities to renew for additional year each. Internal, awards show, and public relations uses are in perpetuity, without additional compensation.

Renewal Option: Client shall have two options to renew usage for on Option Term (same Media and Territory) of one (1) year commencing on expiration of prior Term, subject to payment of 110% renewal fee for additional one year period over initial tern Use Fee + 20% agent fee.

Corporative Use: Use of the Campaign for all forms of PR and publicity material, press releases, marketing events, awards, competitions, editorial, internal communications, digital archive systems, education and training, educational publications, film festivals. Use by Production & Service Companies Agency and all creative parties for their promotion including PR, for a maximum of 10 years.

Archival Buyouts: 10 years covered in not commercial use: ARCHIVAL PERTAINS TO DIGITAL / SOCIALS – YOUTUBE, INSTAGRAM, ETC. CLIENT CAN POST AS MANY TIMES AS THEY WANT WITHIN THE YEAR / TERM OF BO, BUT DON’T HAVE TO REMOVE THE POSTS FROM THEIR FEED WHEN THE TERM HAS ENDED. Posts and videos can’t be refreshed after 1 year term.

Additional Terms:

9Hr day – This daily fee does not take into account the non-effective hours of working according to the collective agreement, 1 hour of makeup, 1 hour of meals and 90 mins of transfer time if necessary.

Fitting Included in Down or Travel Day Fee
Callback at €50 + 20%
Overtime at 20% of the daily BSF per hour
Transfers of 45min each way outside the city are not considered as working hours
Buyouts are not guaranteed and will be based on the final cut & if the artist is featured

Media shall always include all cuts and versions (including director’s cuts) as well as corporative use for the Production Companies (foreign and local), the Agency and all creative parties for promotion, including PR, in perpetuity (provided there is no commercial purposes)

The talent and agent acknowledges the “viral” nature of the internet and other electronic media and agrees that any use of the Material by third parties or the posting of Client Materials, on internet domains or other electronic media not owned by the Client, beyond the term of the agreed buyouts, does not constitute a breach or violation of the contract by the Client, which cannot be held liable.
