RATES & TERMS:
Media: Broadcast TV, Industrial Use including sales meeting, conferences and doctor’s offices – WorldWide Internet (digital/social) , new media/PR.
NB: Internet is Worldwide by Nature and cannot be actively marketed outside of the US
Includes use of unlimited screen-grabs from footage shot for Internet/social/banners/new media – & paid social media.
Territory – USA its territories and possessions including Puerto Rico
Two Years
Exclusivity – Eczema category incl. over the counter medication
One Campaign, Multiple Versions from the footage shot in the campaign. Includes all edits, Lifts and versions. **OCP’s may be in their own campaign but can/may also be seen in other’s campaigns with other cast- due to story lines).**
Additional Options : 3rd and 4th renewal option (10% increase)
Holding Penalty
(starting 121 days from Shoot Date)
Total of 10% of the usage fee – Invoiced on the First day of the 5th month from the last shoot date
Total of 30% of the usage fee invoiced on the 1st day of the 7th month from the last shoot date
10-12 months after the last shoot date
Total of 50% of the usage fee
Invoiced on the 1st day of the 10th month from the last shoot date.
Day Fee: $600 – all other days 50% of the day fee
Buyout: $14,500
Agency Fee +20%
No early call.
Hours Call time to wrap – not from hotel pick up.
12hr shoot days.
Per Diems: $50 per day.
Overtime: 20% Per hour.
Economy Flights.

This role will be in water a lake! All talent must be comfortable in water & be able to swim. – Casting will require swimwear.

Looking for actors of Caucasian heritage
Attractive, friend, relatable looking.
Role may involve a dog, so please make sure your that they are ok with dogs.
Must be able to deliver a general american accent.
