MINUTE MAID HOLLAND CASTING

• IF TALENT ARE IN BOTH MOVING & STILLS 1 BUYOUT APPLIES (ALL MEDIA)

• BO PAID ONLY IF RECOGNIZED IN THE FINAL EDIT

• MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT
• IT IS UNDECIDED IF THESE OCP ROLES WILL SPEAK AT THIS STAGE. 

Daily fee OCP ADULT – €650 per shooting day + agency (20%) 
Travel days – 50% of the daily fee + agency (20%) 
Down Days (if applied) – 50% of the daily fee + agency (20%) 
11hrs working (10+1 meal) _ ADULTS – APPLIED FOR DAY / NIGHT / 
DAWN CALLS/SHOOT (talent working hours on set & call times, will be kept w/ no additional charges, in the event of a Dawn / Night shoot scenario and Dawn Calls) 
Over Time OCP ADULT – €50 per 1 x OT + agency (20%) 
NIGHT SHOOTS / DUSK CALLS ADULT / OCP (Starts at 4:30 pm) – ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL NOT BE APPLIED. 
Callback – €50 per + agency (20%), paid only to those who are not selected in the campaign 
Fitting (up to 6 hours per character) – €50 per + agency (20%), paid only if takes place on a different day of the travel.

GENERAL NOTES ON TVC/OLV + KEY VISUAL/PRINT BUY OUTS 
IF SAME TALENT IS SELECTED FOR OLV AND KV (BOTH CAMPAIGNS), 
ONLY 1 BUYOUT WILL BE APPLIED, TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION OPTION 
1 BO USAGE, COVERING ALL MEDIA USAGE FOR 1 YEAR. SESSION FEES WILL BE KEPT ACCORDINGLY WITH Nº OF WORKING DAYS PERFORMED BY TALENT. 

TERMS

1. ARTIST’S WARRANTIES 

1.1. The Artist warrants and confirms that: 

1.2. he/she has no previous criminal convictions (excluding driving penalties); 

1.3. he/she has never been declared bankrupt; 

1.4. he/she is not aware of any reason why he/she should not appear in the Campaign nor is he/she aware of anything that may discredit of damage the reputation of the Licensed Parties or their products or services by his/her Performance; 

1.5. he/she has not committed and will not commit any act or omission that may discredit or damage the reputation of the Licensed Parties or their products or services by his/her Performance; 

1.6. this Agreement does not in any way conflict with any existing commitment or obligation on his/her ability to perform the services required of him/her and the rights herein granted and that there is no valid reason why he/she should not appear in the Campaign; 

1.7. he/she is, to the best of his/her knowledge and belief, in such a state of health that the Agency will be able to effect insurance under normal conditions upon him/her against loss, howsoever caused, arising from his/her inability to perform the Services required hereunder 

1.8. he/she will not incur any liabilities on behalf of the Agency nor pledge the Agency’s credit; 

1.9. he/she shall arrive at the Shoot in a condition fit for providing the Services and shall provide the Services in a professional and workmanlike manner in willing cooperation with all parties involved in the production of the Materials; 

1.10. he/she shall comply with all the rules of the studios or location (especially any ‘no smoking’ rule) and that he/she shall provide, at his/her own expense, such sunglasses or other protection for his/her eyes as he/she feels necessary while working in the studio or on location; 

1.11. he/she has provided information requested by the Agency in respect of his/her engagements in the previous 3 years for television commercials which is complete and accurate in all respects; and 

1.12. he/she shall indemnify the Licensed Parties from all costs arising as a result of any breach, non-performance or non-observance of his/her obligations under this Agreement. 

2. CONFIDENTIALITY 

1. The Artist shall not make any mention of or reference to the Licensed Parties or any of their products and services in a derogatory manner, and shall not disclose to any party (including, without limitation, privately, on the internet, via text message, on any blog, or on any social networking website, tool or device (such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram etc.) or any other public forum), or use, any trade secrets or confidential information of the Licensed Parties, including without limitation, any details of the filming/recording/photographing of the Artist, any content of the Materials or any material that the Licensed Parties have not yet released and any of the terms of this Agreement other than as required by law. 

2. Talent can not change his/her image between the casting and the shooting dates (have a hair cut, colour hair, cirurgic operations ) and agrees not to do it since the moment that goes to the casting. 

3. (NO covid test to be done to selected casting, prior to fitting session) nor shoot
