BSF: €500 PER DAY
50%: REHEARSALS/ TRAVEL/DOWN DAYS/ FITTING
€7,000- buyout fee
TRAVEL & FITTING WILL BE ON THE SAME DAY/SAME FEE
Callback: €60 (not payable to talent booked on the project)

North America territory, unlimited use in all media (digital/web/internet/social are considered worldwide)
Archival rights – 20 years not a commercial use: ARCHIVAL PERTAINS TO DIGITAL / SOCIALS — YOUTUBE, INSTAGRAM, ETC. CLIENT CAN POST AS MANY TIMES AS THEY WANT IN THE YEAR TERM, BUT DON’T HAVE TO REMOVE THE POSTS FROM THEIR FEED WHEN THE TERM HAS ENDED. Posts and videos can’t be refreshed after 1 year term
NO EXCLUSIVITY FOR SECONDARIES

Usage: From date of First use, for all shots and outtakes, 2 years, North American Territory, unlimited use in all media including electronic (no broadcast use of stills)
- RATES ARE PLUS 20% AGENCY FEE

- 12 HOUR SHOOT DAYS ( call to wrap- not from travel)
- OVERTIME 20% PER HOUR
- ECONOMY FLIGHTS
- TALENT MAY BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A HEALTH FORM & TO SIGN A COVID WAIVER
- TALENT MAY BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A COVID TEST PRIOR TO AND OR ON THE SHOOT.
- TALENT MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT WITH AT LEAST 6 MONTHS AVAILABLE.
- CARS PROVIDED TO AND FROM AIRPORT (MUST BE ADDED TO INVOICE)
- BUYOUT IS ONLY PAYABLE TO TALENT FEATURED IN THE FINAL EDIT.
- AIR DATE IS NOT TILL AUGUST 2023!!!!
- 10% UPLIFT ON ADDITIONAL RE USAGE- IF 1 YEAR IS PURCHASED INSTEAD OF 2 THE RATE WILL BE 50% OF THE ORIGINAL BUYOUT.
