THE SPANISH PERMIT FOR KIDS IS VERY STRICT! THERE WILL BE A LOT OF PAPERWORK FOR THE PARENTS TO COMPLETE
BOTH PARENTS (UNLESS SEPARATED OR DIVORCED) MUST BOTH HAVE A VALID PASSPORT TO APPLY ALONG WITH THE CHILD’S VALID
PASSPORT.

Shooting Dates:
PARIS SHOOT
6th-9th DECEMBER 2021
SPAIN SHOOT
10th-12th DECEMBER 2021
ALL RATES ARE PLUS 20% AGENCY FEE
Shoot day: £250
Fitting -£125
Travel days -£125
Overtime £40 per hr.
Buyout: £4500
if they add exclusivity additional £1000 will be paid.
Chaperone: £150 per day
If offered back up- there will be a £2000 (Guaranteed fee)
Media***: 1 Year (eligible for renewal for another year) – Broadcast TV, Internet/Online, All New Media, Industrial Cinema, PR (use of spot in any PR
Efforts for campaign) & Stills taken from the TVC.
Territory: Worldwide Includes: TVC, all cuts, lifts & versions (including director’s cuts) + Behind the Scenes (video & stills, including stills taken from the
TVC)
*** The talent recognizes the “viral” nature of the internet and other electronic media, and agrees that any use of the Material by third parties or the
display of Client Materials, on internet domains or other electronic means other than Property of the Client, beyond the term of the agreed buyouts,
does not constitute a breach or violation of the contract by the Client, which cannot be held responsible for it.
*** The media will always include all cuts and versions (including director’s cuts) as well as corporate use for Production Companies (foreign and local),
the Agency and all creative parties for their promotion, including pr that belongs to them forever.
TALENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A HEALTH FORM & WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A COVID WAIVER
TALENT WILL NEED TO DO COVID TESTS AS AN WHEN REQUIRED BY THE PRODUCTION TEAM.
