FEES :DAILY FEE_ ADULT: 580€ + 20% Agency Commission TRAVEL DAY_290€ + 20% Agency Commission FITTING_290€ + 20% Agency Commission CALLBACK_60€+ 20% Agency Commission
OPTION A_BUYOUT _ADULT 1 year_4650 + 20% Agency Commission OPTION A_BUYOUT _TEEN_ 1 year_2320€ + 20% Agency Commission OPTION B_BUYOUT _ADULT 1 year_2900 + 20% Agency Commission OPTION B_BUYOUT _TEEN 1 year_1750€ + 20% Agency Commission
USAGE ( Payable ONLY if talent is featured and the film is aired ) NOTE: OPTION B can only be used as within the film campaign.
All used still grabs must be taken from the approved film edits on air.
OPTION A
Media: TV, Cinema, Web, 1 year commencing on first air date
Territory: Canada – Language(s): English, French
Outputs: :60, :30, and various cutdowns/lifts/aspect ratios
VERSIONS: Different version/edits/lifts of the material filmed included for usage in digital,social medias, new medias, etc.
OPTION B
Stills pulled from the the final spots for use in social media, print, OOH, or digital banners- 1 YEAR CANADA – usage commencing on Option A’s first air date.
● ALL VERSIONS OF THE SCRIPTS / EDITS / LIFTS
● 11 HOUR SHOOT DAYS – Inc of lunch (call to wrap- not from travel)
● 20% PER HOUR- OVERTIME. (BASED ON THE RATE OF 400 PER DAY)
● RATES TO COVER DAWN/DUSK/NIGHT SHOOTS IF REQUIRED
● ECONOMY FLIGHTS
● TALENT MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT
● CARS PROVIDED TO AND FROM AIRPORT (MUST BE ADDED TO INVOICE)
● PER DIEMS – ADDED TO INVOICE (50 PER DAY)
● 10% UPLIFT ON ADDITIONAL RE USAGE FOR 2ND & 3RD YEAR.

BRIEF:
THIS PROJECT IS IN CONJUNCTION WITH A BANK, THEREFORE THE CLIENTS ARE CONDUCTING BACKGROUND CHECKS BEFORE CONFIRMING TALENT, THEREFORE THEY WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN AN AUTHORIZATION DOCUMENT.
**Clients will not retain copies of any criminal background or social media checks**
FAMILY
Mom – Playing age 45-50, the rock of the family, the one that makes thing happen! She is organised, but takes time to enjoy little moments. She loves the fact she is her families world but does not love public displays of attention.
Dad – Playing age 45-50, He is slightly aloof & easy to get on with, he has a happy disposition and a disarming quality about him, you can’t help but like this guy! But he often gets very distracted and loses track of time!
Son (Teen)- Playing age 16-19 years, we are looking for someone who looks on the younger side of that playing age. He is a hit shy, but he wouldn’t describe himself that way! He is still in that kinda teen awkward stage.
Looking for families that are multiracial, If you do have a real family or a real couple that is suitable, please flag and suggest.
